You will never be completely at home again, because part of your heart will always be elsewhere. That is the price you pay for the richness of loving and knowing people in more than one place.
Hi! It’s me again ๐
I was itching already to write however I’m not sure how to put it into words but definitely you won’t mind so here it is. LOL
Month of August was a boring month for me since I didn’t have plans. I feel dreadful looking at my friends posts talking about their escapades. ๐๐
Can’t wait for the August month to finish. How silly of me. ๐
Come September, I was jumping for joy since I’ll be visiting my hometown. ย ๐๐๐ I was looking at my calendar and was very excited for the upcoming days.
First day of September I met up with my virtual friend Noreen. I feel relieved after all those plans of meetingย each other we finally made it. ๐ญ๐๐
By next day, I flew to Cebu. We’re supposed to be four (4) ย however one was sick so we were three (3) instead. ๐
Our flights delayed c/o AirAsia, as usual what’s new these days right? ๐๐
Abi flew ahead of us without any delays unlike our flight. We arrived so late that she had to wait for us at the airport all by herself. (Can’t picture how boring it would be to wait all by yourself ๐ฃ๐๐ )
Soon as we arrived, we hired a Grab Taxiย getting to my house to leave our bagsย and hired another cab going toย Crown Regencyย for the sky adventure however it was closed. Little did we know that the registration is until 2200 only so we walked ourselves out and led them to “Larsian” (a barbecue place).
Stayed there for almost an hour, met up my other virtual friend Ed (๐ i forgot to take a pic) and went to I.T Park for the “Sugbu Market” or like the banchetto in Manila.ย We spent our time there until we separated and went back to my house to rest. ๐
The next day, we woke up very early. Took a public jeepney going to Quest Hotelย since we had a reservation. ๐ We left our bags and hired a cab to South Bus Terminal and rode a bus going to Alegria for our day’s adventure. ๐๐
We were supposed to be guided by Sir Raymund however we’re too indecisive that we ended up getting a new guide on the spot. Gladly we got ourselves a guide, Kuya Brian through Sir Niรฑo.
Met up with our guide for the activity. We only did half canyoneering activity since the other guests cancelled. ๐๐
Around 1500 in the afternoon we were done and took a bus back to the City. ๐๐
We rested as soon as we arrived in the hotel and bought some snacks and souvenirs at a nearby mall before we left for dinner at Tisa, Labangon as they wanted to try the famous “Siomai sa Tisa” (Tisa’s pork dumplings).
Ate our hearts out and paid. Left and took a cab to Crown Regency for the sky adventure. ๐
Ended our night pretty good and successful too bad it was Abi’s last day hoping she enjoyed her short getaway. ๐๐
Woke up to another new day and decided that we’ll just roam around the city.ย HAHA
Contacted Kuya Rey ๐จ (+63942.3656.936) to assist us in roaming around. Our 1st agenda for the morning tour was Taoist Temple:
then head off to the flower farm ๐ท๐๐น๐ธ๐ป which was located in Sirao:
ย after admiring all the beautiful flowers, we head off to Tops to see a glimpse of the city ๐:
and last but not the least before we had our lunch was the new built structured Temple of Leah:
Had our lunch in Lantaw Busay branch before we head back down.
After the morning tour, I decided we’d visit our next destination which was located at Minglanilla rather than Olanggo Island since we only have few hours left and perhaps we might not enjoy.
As we arrived at Minglanilla, no one knows the exact location of our next destination. We asked one motorcycle regarding about it and he answered us that the place was accessible via Tabunok. We asked another motorcyle driver to confirmed it and so we took a public jeepney going to Tabunok. We walked to a group of motorcycle drivers and talked about the said place. Sadly, they’re not familiar. ๐ฒ๐๐ but oh well, we’re already there so why not take risks? ๐ ๐
The ride going there was a bit rough since the roads still under construction. ๐ง๐ฎ almost two (2) hours on the road and we were instantly brought to a new place. I felt a new vibe, a different ambiance… no one would notice it luckily our driver, Kuya Cecilio was so keen enough to realized that we already arrived to our destination. ๐๐๐
Back in the city almost 1900 in the evening. Walked the street of Colon and said hi to Sr. Sto Niรฑo then passed through Magellan’s cross before we rode a jeep going to Rico’s lechon for our dinner. ๐๐
